A 10 year Navy Veteran, Lonnie has extensive experience in Hampton Roads Real Estate having catered to Sellers, Buyers, Property Management, Investors and developing a Circle of Excellence award winning team. His tremendous passion for the business led him to open RE/MAX First in October 2006. As the owner and broker of RE/MAX First, Lonnie prides himself in offering an uncomparable level of service to both consumers and agents. His goal is to use his expertise in Real Estate to represent his clients in their Real Estate endeavors.

Amy is here to coordinate the transaction throughout the sale or purchase of your property. She is a native to the Hampton Roads area. Amy began her real estate experience as a Real Estate Paralegal in a local law office. She received her Paralegal Certificate at Old Dominion University.
Amy's duties include: scheduling Termite and Moisture Inspections, Appraisals, Closing Dates and Times and ordering Resale Packages. She will also help to make sure that there is a clear line of communication between Buyer/Seller, Agent, Attorney and Lender. A native New Yorker, RuthAnn has also lived in New Jersey, Florida and South Carolina. She has been a permanent resident of Virginia Beach for over 10 years. RuthAnn has been happily married for 7 years with one child (a budding 6 year old ballerina).
